		Water Meter Reading System Changes To begin June 2017 The Moon Township Municipal Authority (MTMA) will be installing automated meter reading units to replace the small black touchpads on the outside of customer's homes. Water service will not be shut off to perform the work.  An MTMA employee with photo identification will come to your home and knock on the door to advise of his presence.  In most cases the work can be performed if no one is at home.  Workers may request to enter the home to verify wire connections to the meter or to re-route the wire from the meter to the new exterior meter reading device. Automated meter reading devices will also be installed in meter pits.  If you have any questions, you may call the MTMA at 412-264-4300.
