Curbside Leaf Pickup

The Moon Township Public Works (Road Dept) will be picking up leaves at the curb this fall.  Pick up will begin on Monday, October 24 and last thru Friday, December 2, 2011.  Crews will be picking up leaves Monday thru Friday following the resident's garbage schedule. 
      - Leaves are to placed in biodegradable brown paper bags
      - Bags are to be at the curb before 8:00 AM on the day of pick up
      - Loose leaves and leaves in plastic bags will not be picked up 
      - There will be no leaf pickup on November 24th - November 26th for
        the Thanksgiving holiday

There will be NO Saturday leaf collection.

Leaf drop off site at Downs Station will be open on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM - 5:00PM from October 22 - December 4, 2011.
